Full Home Remodel
On this project, we prepared the full set of plans, Title 24 report, and coordinated with structural engineer to prepare the structural plans. We also completed all the necessary permit application and forms, and got the permit approved for this project. The permit was approved after one round of comments.
We also designed the interior and exterior finishing (such as color palette, tiles, kitchen cabinets, etc) within our clients' budget.
Our Interior Design Package helps clients create a cohesive, functional space with clear design guidance and material recommendations.
Included:
Material and finish recommendations up to 5 set of design ideas
Product and vendor sourcing suggestions
Up to 3 hours total of client consultation and design meetings
Additional design meetings, consultations, sourcing assistance, or services beyond the included scope are billed at $150/hour.
Material purchasing, ordering, delivery coordination, and construction management are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.
