This home needed a lot of TLC. We prepared the full set of plans, the permit application, and the Title 24 report, which was submitted and approved after one round of comments.

We also designed the interior and exterior finishing (such as color palette, tiles, kitchen cabinets, etc) within our clients' budget. We also procured all the finish material.
